We want you to love your art—but if something’s not quite right, we’ll make it right.
Here’s how to handle returns, exchanges, or damage claims quickly and easily.
Return or Exchange an Art Print
If your piece arrives and isn’t what you expected, no problem.
We offer:
- Free exchanges or store credit for returned art prints in original condition
- A 14-day window from the day of delivery
- Easy instructions via email—just contact us and we’ll take care of you
FYI: Returned artwork must be undamaged and shipped back in its original packaging within 7 days, to qualify for exchange or store credit.
What if My Order Arrives Damaged?
We pack extremely carefully— but if something arrives damaged, please:
Take photos of the box + artwork
Email us at support@wallartbysonia.ca
Include your order number and the photos
We’ll respond within 24 hours with a solution—usually a full replacement, at no cost to you.
Designer’s Pro Tip: Keep the packaging just in case a return label or pickup is needed—it helps us speed things up.
What About Originals?
Original paintings are handled with extra care and shipped fully insured.
If your original arrives with visible damage:
- Follow the same steps above
- We’ll open a claim and contact you personally
FYI: Our Originals are one-of-a-kind, but your experience is not. We’ll always take care of it with heart and fairness.
