Every piece of art we ship is made with care, packed by hand, and sent with purpose.
Because of that, timing depends slightly on what you order and where you’re located.

Here’s a general guide:

🇨🇦🇺🇸 Canada & USA → Arrives in 9–12 business days
🌍 International → Arrives in 10–15 business days

These timeframes include production, inspection, hand packaging, and delivery right to your door.

Why Doesn’t It Ship Immediately?

Unlike mass-produced prints from overseas, our art prints are:

- Custom printed to order (we don’t pull from shelves)
- Hand-checked for quality
- Carefully wrapped in eco-conscious materials
- Signed and packed right here in Canada

It takes a little longer—because it’s worth doing right.

What Can Delay My Order?

We strive for all our orders to ship on schedule, but once in a while, delays may happen due to:

- Carrier issues (especially in remote areas or during holidays)
- Unexpected demand spikes on limited editions
- International customs clearance (outside Canada / USA, this obviously is not under our control)

If there’s ever a delay, we’ll notify you personally—and stay with you every step of the way.
